It is what it is.

It's a no-frills hotel, and it cost $50less per night than the Hilton right next door. The rooms were clean, and they came with a litttle kitchen, a definite convenience when traveling with a small child.
However, the hotel,as advertised, has no amenities. For a very short stay (such as the one we had), the savings over the Hilton was worth it. For a longer stay, I would definitely want the amenities offered by the Hilton: restaurant, room service, pool, gift shop, beautiful lobby, etc.
