We felt welcomed

From the moment we entered the hotel we enjoyed the friendly dest and kitchen staff ! They were professional, helpful, personal, and I believe genuine. We felt were were welcomed and cared for. The hotel is only mins. from downtown St. Louis and all the area atractions. We extended our vacation and enjoyed the nice pool and enviornment another day. Our 3 sons are already asking if we can return. We will be back!

The hotel has just bee total remolded, new funiture, new floors, outside painted, larger workout room and pool area painted. We stayed there before and after the change over and are very happy with everything and everyone. We love the rates and are close to downtown St. Louis and all the sites. We will return!
 
 
 
 
 
Dirty Place

My room was nasty. Pubic hairs all over in the bathroom. Ladies at the front desk had attitudes . Need to work on their management skills. Food tasted bad. Wouldn't go back.

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

VERY CLOSE TO DOWNTOWN ST LOUIS ,ALOT CHEAPER THAN ST LOUIS HOTELS.CLEAN SAME FREE BREAKFAST .NEVER NEW IT WAS HERE UNTUIL NOW.I WILL DEFINITLY COME BACK .

bad service. curtains didn't close shower curtain was stained and had mold on it too. the tub was bad. the cockroach was hanging out of our bathroom.i wouldn't stay here again.

We will stay again!

We stayed back in July. We had no problems with the place. It was a great place to stay and we will stay again. While we where staying there White Lion the 80s group was also staying in the holtel. Many of your rock/country singers stay while playing at a place called pops around the corner.At the holtel you never know who youwill run into that is famous.

The toilet didn't flush at all due to a broken handle. The water pressure was too low to get the corroded showerhead to work properly. The room was an obstacle course. The furniture didn't match. One of the chairs was a big plastic desk chair but there was no desk. There was a rather large table partially blocking the entrance to the room. There was also a wall about 2 feet high next to the bed (right about knee high in the dark).

Would recommend to friends

The staff was friendly, the rooms were larger than most hotels and most of all CLEAN. After jumping from Hotel to hotel due to the power outages this was the least expensive and the most to offer.
