Homestead Suites Secaucus-Meadowlands, Secaucus

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights while visiting NYC. The best part about this hotel is the proximity to NYC. Bus #320 stops right outside the door that takes you Port Authority (Times Square) in 15mins. The hotel itself is in good locations with a small shopping plaza and movie theaters within 2 min walk. We felt safe walking home at midnight from movie the whole area is has lit up pretty well. We got a deluxe studio which had 2 double beds, a sofa and lazyboy. The room was fairly large, had a microwave and fridge with little stove. Quite confortable for 2A and 2C. They have free breakfast Mon-Fri which is a joke. Includes Coffee, Bagles, muffins and Orange juice. That is it nothing else. They also have small swimming pool and treadmills onsite. Laundry facilities are on site. When we were there, the hotel was very quite since most of the people in it were people on business staying there for extended periods. Just about every day we had the pool to ourselves and there was hardly anyone during the day. Check you bill during checkout, I had $50 off internet booking coupon that they did not take off and charged me for Internet Access which never really worked from room.
