Quality Inn Belgrade, Belgrade

This was the worst stay ever. I specifically asked for a quiet room, but instead got a room next to a swinging couple. Okay, people come to motels to have sex, but why put them next to someone else? The motel wasn't full, there was plenty of rooms. When someone asks for quiet and there are plenty of rooms, then they should have empty rooms next to them. Especially if the walls are thin. So thin that you can not only hear people but understand every word they are saying and at a normal tone. This room was small and not very well furnished. The two most important factors of a good motel stay are cleanliness and quiet. No motel should get even a 2 rating if either of these conditions is not met. Unless you need a motel to have sex and want others to listen in, then stay away from this place.

When I call for a reservation the gentleman was very accommodating. He gave me the discount I requested. The bed was wonderful. The desk chair was adjustable. The complimentary coffee excellent. I really loved the hair products and the hand shower. I was in a handicap room. In fact, as a rehab counselor, knowing ADA, it was the ONLY place I have ever stayed that actually fulfilled ADA requirements. Congratulations Quality Inn!!! I really like the wall thermostat. I set it and my room was comfortable to me. The WiFi was easy to connect. I liked that the peep hole was low enough for me (I am short!) to see out. A higher peep hole for those taller. Although I figured it was low for a wheelchair consumer, I fit the height out of a chair. Wonderful!!! The breakfast at the motel was great. Not just toast. For other meals there is a very nice restaurant across the parking lot with prime rib on Fri-Sat evenings. Darn, I was here on a Tues. for my job. The only thing the quilt like between two sheets was not up enough to reach my neck.and the very cold bathroom floor. I would definitely recommend this to anyone especially if you have a disability. It would be a good fit for most any reason. I can not comment on airport shuttle because I did not use it.

I was double charged for the room. Even with proof from debit card statement... I got no where with the managers to get refunded. I had to dispute through my bank..

I have stayed at this hotel for at least one night on 6 of my last 7 trips to Yellowstone. It is a clean facility, and staff has always been very accommodating and easy to work with. I usually stay here the last night of my annual vacation, and my room has always been exceptionally clean. No complaints here, and I will be making reservations again pretty soon, for this years trip.....

Their staffs were very friendly. We liked their breakfast. They had shuttle to pick us up from airport. We enjoyed their pillows and bed. We had a wonderful time in here.
