No way we would go back there!

Room was hot on arrival; took @ 3 1/2 hrs. to cool off; front desk can't make decisions without contacting mgmt. B'fast bar was scarce - no coffee; no waffle batter; dirty; wallpaper coming off bedroom walls. Former Holiday Inn Express, still using their soaps & shampoos! Have asked for refund of room charge - have been refused! Horrible customer service! Will NEVER go there again.

I just stayed at this hotel, my friend had a wedding there, and it was a nice hotel, with a good staff that really was helpful!

The most helpful....

I stayed at this hotel, and the front desk clerk, Nicole, was so helpful, she was the sweetest girl I have ever met. She brought us extra pillows, and blankets, and she acted like I was the only customer there! Thanks Nicole, you made my stay great, and I will be returning thanks to you!

Really Rude Front Desk Lady!

I used to be a frequent customer, even when they changed their names, but the last time I was there, the manager, Robin, was just completly rude to me. She had an additude like; take it or leave it! I will never return! Not as long as I know she's there!

LOVED IT!!!

It was such a cozy hotel, the breakfast was fresh, the staff was very polite and my room was luxurious. My bathtub was a jacuzzi whirlpool. Overall my expieriance was perfect! I have already made reservations for my family vacation next year!

Awesome hotel

Not too shabby

We had no trouble with the houskeeping. The rooms were kept up and we had plenty of towles to accomodate two families staying in a suite. Not bad as far as budget hotels go. The continental breakfast was nice as well.

DON'T LET THIS HOTEL GET THERE FINGERS ON YOUR CC

The Management at this hotel has an take it or leave it attitude. They put a hold on funds on my credit card and refuse to reimburse me until they felt like it. Also there rooms were very dirty and I don't think they were worth the 119.00 we were charged just because it was the blue bonnet festival weekened. We also were given only 1 large towel and 2 small hand towels. When we ask for more they never brough them. This hotel is very rude!!!!!
