Days Inn Greeley, Greeley

From the moment we walked in the door, the staff was rude and not helpful. The rooms were small and the air conditioners were loud. The breakfast was disgusting. I will never stay here again.

oom was clean, service was cold, location was convenient, room was very small, value for room size was too much money, thins walls with neighbor kept us up very late listening to loud TV and talking. Here's the Kicker... when we checked out the bill was correct, and when I received my visa bill there were two charges, the correct one and another on for $50.00 so I called the motel to see what was going on, and the manager would not talk to me but a front desk person relayed the conversation back and fourth. They said that the $50.00 is because the maid found a coke can in the trash with cigarette butts in it, I told him that my wife and I don't smoke and did not drink coke, that we were there to go on a long bike ride with friends.... he said I was wrong/ lying and that he/ she is sticking to the maids story. I called Visa and they said that this is becoming a scam with motels that need to boost their revenues and most people do not notice the fraudulent charges. Visa has placed this Hotel on the FRAUDULENT charges list and are removing the charge on my bill. I do not understand why the motel would not want to resolve this issue when I called. That will be the last time I stay at this motel.

Used the shower in this hotel and the handle of the shower fell off in my hand when I was turning off the shower. Well that shower cost me $150.00 because according to them, i intentenally broke it because it is the first shower handle in the world to ever break. Manager was inconvienced by having to come in on a Sunday to deal with the situation. Basically told me that I needed to take responsibility for my actions.

This hotel had the perfect location and we really enjoyed our time there. As with any hotel there were drawbacks, but for a hotel with the features and the price, this was just great. It needs a pool and a jacuzzi, but they have the connections to allow you to go to a place nearby to do just that. It was on the best street in town and had easy acess to anywhere you want to go. Lots of great dinners or restaurants. This is a fairly new establishment and it is quiet. They do allow dogs however. ? I would definitely go back to this hotel without hesitating.

Good location, nice rooms and free breakfast and internet. Staff is friendly and helpful. Resturants and grocery very close. Great for business travel, wouldn't recomemd large families.
