Nice Stay & Would Stay Here Again
By ,
Check-in was easy, and they were very friendly. We stayed in the back building. Room size is smaller than some we've stayed in before, but it is not cramped. May just be because these are queen size beds compared to doubles. Two adults and two teens moved around in there with no problems. Rooms are clean, although our unit has normal wear and tear from past visitors. I check everything out for cleanliness before letting my kids take off their shoes and get on the bed to watch tv. My husband gets a discount from this chain through his work place so the price was in budget. Beds were comfortable to us and have 4 pillows to each bed. They are not the flat kind either. Neat little window lounging area that my kids loved. Lighting in the room is a little awkward. You have to walk halfway across room to turn on the switch to a incandescent light that is near the wall over the desk. The other lights are a series of 2 bulb fluorescent lights in box fixture above the beds. Too bright for when one is trying to sleep and other trying to read. Wish they would have had lamps instead. The only thing i saw, but did not concern me, was one silverfish in the bathtub. I looked very hard for others, but none were found. No harm there so it's still clean to me! The shower curtain is too short for the shower and it drained very slow. We didn't visit the breakfast area b/c we are not breakfast eaters, so I can't comment on that part. The only nuisance was that the group (all adults) in the unit next to us kept running in and out of their room starting at 6:45 am letting the door slam every time thus waking us up. This has been going on for 3 hours. I can hear them talking in the room next door, but they are LOUD talkers and like slamming everything including the closet doors and desk drawers. Even the man in there is stepping into the hallway to talk on his cell phone sharing his LOUD voice with everyone now. Oh well, that's the chances you encounter in a hotel. Would we stay here again? Yes, we would!! No real complaints about the hotel itself just the noisy neighbors. It is located on the left side of the road heading south before going over the inter-coastal waterway bridge. I'm glad my family knows "hotel etiquette".

Waste of Money
By ,
You think you are getting a good value, but that's not true. When we arrived, they put us in a handicapped room (we are not). It was dirty and dingy - we asked for another room, especially since the accomodations were designed for handicap accessibility. We were given a room in the newer part, which was a little cleaner. We had booked two nights and decided after the first night to just forfeit the money we had paid for the second night (booked through PriceLine, so unrefundable) and get out of there. The only positive is that the hotel is in a convenient location.

Wonderful place to stay!!!
By ,
My family stayed at this motel in July 2009 we had a great time. The employees were great, The rooms were so clean. The price and location was wonderful I would recommend this motel to anyone. My kids loved the pool. The beds were so comfortable this motel should definitely be more than a 2 star motel I never would have thought it wasn't a 4 star. We will definitely stay at this motel again. We had a wonderful stay!!!

Biggest joke for a business.
By ,
This is the biggest joke of a business by far. They set up a reservation using the date of arrival as the reservation number and then stated that they don't have that for a reservation number then when we called to cancel our reservations they still charged us the full price for all three days we were supposed to be there. We cancelled due to a price difference. I really suggest staying far away from this motel chain. They will take your money. Had to contact corporate to have issue fixed and they still charged 1 full night to our credit card even though we did not stay at their hotel. From personal experience stay away. Cancelled over a month in advance and Jennifer did not cancel reservation even though SHE said she did, And when asked what the cancellation confirmation number was she said they do not give them. The general manager Stephanie said we had to be lying as she trains all her girls to always give this confirmation number for a reservation or for a cancellation. Stephanie is also very unprofessional and the training of "her girls" is far from the proper way to manage a business. I must say if you do book a stay with this chain please do not cancel and if you do make sure you get a proper confirmation number. If they were the only chain of motels in the world I would sleep in my auto and would never stay here.

Would Stay there again
By ,
We stayed there for memorial day weekend and loved it. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were the best that I have ever stayed in ever. I wanted to take home the beds and their covers since they felt so good to sleep in and on. We had great service for the 3 days that we stayed there. It was a very confortable stay there. We would stay again. The only downside was the continental breakfast. There was not much of a selection except for some muffins and orange juice. They could work on that. Otherwise it was very good. I would recommen d it. It is located about 2 miles from the beach next to the airport.

Do Not Stay Here!
By ,
My husband and I booked this hotel for June 21. We thought it will look close to the pictures posted online. It claimed that it has microwaves and refriderators in all rooms. Turns out that it was a lie! We hated the stay because it felt very uncomfortable. The sheets stink, there was trash on the window sill prior to us being there, the toilet leaked all over the floor, the room was small, no fridge or microwave, breakfast consisted of only muffins and coffee, swimming pool was too small, service was ok, and the price was not worth the booking. I don't reccommend this hotel! Find another!!!

TERRIBLE
By ,
I will never stay at this hotel again. Front desk service was awful! There was no elevators in the hotel given they had a second floor. We did not appreciate the service that was not given. The location was not bad, however for the price and service one can find a much better place to stay.
