Wish the rate lower so people can afford more better. Services were responded to all requests. Since I did not use the housekeeper, they were polite when I asked for clean sheets and broom. I did that myself since I felt more comfortable. She cleaned my bathroom and replaced cleaned towels, supplied enough toilet paper. In fact, I bought some toilet paper myself since I had companies of my own who visited us. I treated the front desk all shifts and personnel who came to my door to bring our breakfast and other services.
I did not care for 27th floor but the view was good because we were facing the 'Greenbelt and you could see the fireworks whenever we were home. We were out all day and out of town for few days and nothing happened. In fact, I told them we were going to spend few days in Baguio.
We were on the Wowowee Show and they were happy to see their guests on live television 'Wowowee.' They loaned us their ironing board and iron, transformer, broom, other things for as long we were there (one month). They screened all calls/visitors before entering to our floor. My kids have had goodtimes because it was walking distance to everywhere and even cross the street the cleaner place to wash our clothes.
Very polite stuffs. I hope the rates would not be too expensive. I did not care for the travel agents. The hotel itself was great not the agents. They never asked how your stayed and all they thought and cared how much you need to pay for the last minutes charges such as: phone calls, etc and make sure you are ready when your driver has arrived. Anything past 10 minutes would charge you arm and leg. Agents would not even asked you questions regarding your holiday and your stayed at the hotel. Money and money and pay! We really did not see the whole hotel except the lobby downstairs where the receptionist and to my 27th floor. We were not given a tour of the hotel. Since we were too busy to be out all day we did not bother to ask whatelse they have around here. My son had to use internet in one of the places at Greebelt 4 or other places.
I live in the phillippines but always make a point fo staying in Manila for a few days. I chose this place for its location near to Greenbelt. Big mistake the room was shabby and the furniture had seen better days. The linen smelled stale and was not clean. I will not use this place again as there are many better places that cost less.
The BSA properties are adequate, but they are not run like hotels -- example: you can't use the pool unless you are a long-stay customer or a resident of their condos...and they don't mention this on their website. Worse, managers/supervisors refuse to respond to complaints. No housekeeping on Sundays. Cabbies have trouble finding these "hotels". Friendly staff can not make up for poor locations, nonsense policies and incompetent managers.
