La Quinta Inn and Suites Sycamore View, Memphis

Hotel was in a decent area, close to food, gas, supplies, etc. Our room was clean, the bed was probably the best we've had in a hotel. The advertised breakfast also included "meat"! Bacon or sausage with eggs, and other choices. We were getting early starts during our 5 days in Memphis and this La Quinta made things very comfortable, and the real breakfast made things even nicer. The room and the rest was the way it was described, a "non smoking" room that did not smell like smoke, nor did the halls. We had no problems. We stay in La Quinta hotels whenever we can, in different states, and this was the best so far. Thank you to the staff!

Our stay was fabulous! The hotel was quiet so we got a great nights sleep after a long day of driving. Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. The area was safe and well lit. Lots of restaurants close to the hotel. Right off of I-40. I would highly recommend this hotel!

In the description of the hotel it stated that the rooms had two double beds and a sofa bed. That is not the case. There was no sofa bed. We have a large family and that little fact was important to us. Also the hallways and rooms smelled of smoke - they were suppose to be non smoking rooms. I was disappointed in that the hotel did not match the description.

Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, comfort and quality.I ventured to Memphis for a family affair, ended up at this business and really enjoyed the stay.

Room was large and even had a fridge, microwave, and free broadband. Also enjoyed the free breakfast.

I have stayed at LaQuinta Inns and Suite on Primacy Parkway for business and pleasure. I am a government employee and it offers the government rate. The people on staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. There is a small area near the hot tub and pool that is absolutely beautiful. You can lounge in the hot tub and have the beautiful crepe myrtles right over your head...So, there is a sunny part and a shady part to the hot tub. The rooms are always spotless and the exercise equipment actually works. Its located just a few blocks away from a Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, almost next door to Amerigo's, many other restaurants and Macaroni's Grill is not far away. The complimentary breakfast has a wide variety of items, including the premixed waffle mix that you can pour into the waffle iron and cook yourself...There's fruit, cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, pastries, fruit juice, coffee and a lovely lobby. It's not that far from downtown Memphis or Germantown. I love this hotel. Also, the LaQuinta Returns Club is terrific! Stay at this hotel and you will return. I have never had to complain about anything and I have stayed their many times.

I felt the service there was above any other stay I have had. The manager was more than helpful to us in finding everything in Memphis and offered to drive us to a good restaurant. DRIVE US. Who does that? its a nice place, probably a 3 star by monetary standards but the services makes it a 5. fantastic place.
