We won't darken the doorway again

We reserved via Travelocity, a specific room type. On check in, we were given the wrong room type. There was a spider of a type I'd never seen before. Moved to second room which was equipped with an electronic "sonic" bug chaser and its own spider of the same type, which made us wonder what was up.
The only other review for this property must have been written by the owner. The breakfast was a disgrace. Belgium waffles--hah! Worst continental breakfast I have seen offered by a property. We went to a local restaurant just up the interstate a few miles.
Our reservation for two rooms was prepaid, yet the second party ended up charged again for the room. Before we checked out, we had them straighten it out, and it still came through as a charge on her card which I am trying to straighten out yet.
We will not return to this property.
