Quality Inn and Suites, Winchester

I love the size of the rooms. The rooms are extremely clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff is so friendly. I'm a repeat visitor, so I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

the hotel was small but very clean and friendly staff. The rooms are large with a sofa and microwave and fridge. Internet service worked GREAT! Would recommend the hotel very much. and will be back

Location is great. Cleaning could greatly be improved--The floors and shower curtain were dirty. The toilet contined to run all night. Would stay there again just based on price.

It's a comfortable hotel. Service was friendly and the pool was clean and so were the rooms. It wasn't far from dining (there's a restaurant next door) and 2 miles from a Wal-mart.

I had a very negative stay. My room had not been properly cleaned - not vacuumed and dirty towels in the bathroom. I reported this to the desk clerk who sent the cleaning staff in to spruce up. I went to take a bath but there was no drain plug. The night clerk finally located a drain plug from another room for me. They only offer wireless internet service which my computer isn't set up for so I was unable to work in the evening. This hotel is located in an excellent spot close to lots of shopping and Restaurants. The night clerk did indicate that a new manager had just taken over so hopefully things will improve!

My wife and I stayed here to break up a long cross country drive. The staff was very friendly but the accommodations did not meet our expectations. The first room that we were given had not been cleaned. The next room was OK but not great. Given the economical price I should not complain but I have stayed in other similarly priced hotel that I was more impressed with. I would not stay here again.
