La Quinta Inn Pigeon Forge, Pigeon Forge

There was nothing that me and my family disliked about this place. We have stayed here several times and this time when we returned they had redone everything. We loved it and would recommend this place to everyone. We finally met the owner and the new manager and they were both great.....If anyone is looking for a great place to stay this is the place you will not be disapointed.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast bar was good with plenty of seating. Pet friendly. I did have a leaky bathroom faucet which was not a big thing. When i walked in the room it was pleasant smelling. Internet connection was with 4 bars, parking was ample, elevators handy,the carpet does need replaced, the owner is aware of this and has plans to do in off season. overall, good stay.

We spent five nights at LaQuinta Inn in Pigeon Forge. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We had our toy poodle with us, and we experienced no problems with her staying there. We stayed on second floor and were very pleased with the noise level. There was practically no noise at all. There are several nice places to eat within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this Inn to anyone who would like a great place to stay!

We chose La Quinta because they accepted pets. As we were checking in we had to sign papers about our pet and leave cell numbers where we could be contacted in case our pet disturbed someone. But you were not allowed to leave your pet alone in the room. None of this was mentioned on any of the websites, or when we called to reserve a room. Room was okay. No table and only one chair to sit in. Room was very small and with no balcony. No seating outside. This made it very hard for us to enjoy meals since we could not leave our pet in the room, had no table to eat at either inside or out an of course could not take her to a restaruant. Overall the staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable and clean. Great location.

The location of the hotel was great. Very close to Dollywood, Splash Country, the golf course and Gatlinburg. The room was very clean and the beds comfortable. We had the family suite which had a king bed in one room and two queens with the bathroom in the other room. For a larger family it is a great set-up. The breakfast was good. Has a small pool which we only used once - too busy doing other things to swim. Would definitely stay again for the price. Front Desk Staff very helpful. Close to several places to eat that you could walk too.

Me and my husband have stayed here, this was the 3rd time, and found out on the next bank statement we received that they had charged us extra money...so, we call them and they say it's for something we broke in the room...........We broke Nothing !!!!!!!!!!!!! The MAN on the phone from here, basically called my husband a liar, and said that their maids check everything daily, BUT NOT...........One day we were there we didn't even get our room cleaned........I will never stay at this motel again.............Poor Management, especially from reading the last review...........I would not recomend this Laquinta Inn at all................

At first, I thought this was going to be a great place to stay. I should've just canceled our reservations when we checked in. I had reserved 2 rooms, and one of them had got double booked, so we had to downgrade from a room with a king bed and a sofa bed to a tiny room with a bed and another roll-away bed. The room was so small that the two beds were practically touching. Then, in the room my husband and I were staying in, the fireplace didn't even work. Thank goodness we were only there for one night, because the fireplace was one of the reasons I wanted the room. Upon checkout, the clerk at the desk tried to charge us again, saying that we didn't pay when we checked in (which we paid with cash). Anyway, I found out that the hotel had put a hold on our bank account because we had reserved our room with our debit card. Basically, it was like we had no money in our account. So we had to go from Friday morning up until Tuesday morning with no money. For a blue collar family, it's hard to go 4 days without any money. When I questioned the assistant manager about it, he said that they had "just found out", which seemed to be their excuse for everything. Needless to say, I will not stay at another La Quinta Inn.

We like the general area in which the motel lies and the convienient area where you are close to many shopping area and the Dixie Stampede and the mall, steak house, and the gazibo with the bluegrass filders.....

My family enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet. When we visit Piegon Forge again, we will choose La Quinta again.

The rooms were very clean and appeared well maintained. The wireless Internet access worked great too. I liked that the hallways were all located internally and were monitored by video cameras. The continental breakfast was adequate with several breakfast items from which to choose. The pool was clean and well-heated; however, the jacuzzi was not fully filled and the staff didn't know how to assist us in getting it working. The location is great and completely shielded from road noise. We will definitely stay again the next time we're in town.
