Do not choose this hotel if at all possible!

(I stayed here on business prior to the SuperBowl.) I got to my room and had no phone & the air conditioner was broken (and stuck at 78 degrees!). After letting the front desk know, they supposedly sent someone to fix the situation. Although, it seemed a bit cooler the next night (74 degrees), I woke up in a sweat the following 2 mornings. I asked to change rooms, and was told, there were no vacancies. I also had an alarm system in my room (didn't make me feel very comfortable), considering there was a fulltime guard at the elevator and you have to swipe a tag, just to get on the elevator. The bed - oh, where do I begin? It was about 10 inches tall (from the floor), felt like a concrete block, the sheets were scratchy (but clean). My room was not "stocked" (snacks, and NO COFFEE, although I had a coffee maker) until the day I left.
I guess the price was a "deal" for Miami (about $120), and they lure you in with the thought of a "luxury condo hotel".
I would never stay here again. Do not waste your time!!!!
