Pro- nice tv. Cons-dirty -- couldnt walk around in socks or barefeet because the floors would leave my feet black. Gross. Housekeeping did not come on the promised day and when I complained to the front desk they told me that the housekeeper was off the clock and I would have to wait until next week... Luckily I am not staying another week. Top shelf broke and I was promised it would be fixed first thing Monday (on a saturday) and they still have not come and i check out tomorrow. I can not describe how aweful this place is. The room stinks like dead carcasses and cigarrettes. Tub is black and feel dirtier coming out of the shower than going in. I wasnt even able to check in at my promised time either. The office is supposed to be open from 11-7, but they are never there. I had to wait over an hour to check in. I should have walked away then... ugh regretting that. Management doesnt care about you once they have your money. Housekeeping actually tried to argue with me about her aweful cleaning job last week. Moving out tomorrow, and it cant come soon enough. Plenty of other places in the area that are same price and way nicer. Stay at Extended Stay America.

The room was small but it was clean. There were not any towels or wash clothes. Check in proceedures went well. Staff was unhelpful when a problem arose.

the rooms were very dirty and staink.i was charge extra becuase the found gums on the floor, i was charge $100 please take pictures before check out.

This was one of the most disgusting motels ever! We were "greeted" by Melissa with," you guys might as well just go to dinner 'cause I don't have any rooms ready for you!" Check in was to be at 3pm, this was 5pm. She finally gave us a room, too bad for us, it smelled,the carpet was disgustingly dirty, windows were filthy, bugs in the bathroom scattered when we turned on the light. Remote was broken, walls had dirty hand prints all over. Looked as though transients were the hotels permenent guests. Undesirables coming and going, taking TV's out of the rooms!? Overall very dirty and in need of a total renovation- Starting with melissa at the front desk.

The front of the hotel loojked nice, I was actually impressed by the price but when we got in the room the carpet was filthy and the room smelled like someone smoked 500 packs of cigarrets in there , but my nightmare started the night after we checked out, I had hundres of bed bug bites all over my arm and my face we called to complain and all we got from the corporate it was a letter saying Thankyou for bringing the problem to their attention. Nasty place

the staff was ok with you. i just foung that when asking for things for your room it ook them long to give you things. the washrooms and the rooms were not that clean it took them long to get to your room to clean. the pool was gerat and allways hot my kids just loved it. the other thing i was not happy with was that thay rent room out to familys that live there. we didnt have a nice experiance with one family thay always had somthing to say. there children were allways asking for food and the parent of the children that lived there did not want my boys around them at all. i would want to come back but these were the thing that i was not happy with.

I knew we were in trouble when we found our room,out back by a huge pile of soiled matresses.The carpet left your feet filthy.It's your modern fleabag.Lots of contractors there.Poor cleaning staff.Found somebodies dirty clothes laying outside my door in the morning.The outside of the buiding looks like it would be a decent place though.

The front looks nice, but once you get in among the rooms, it doesn't seem as nice. Stains and an iron burn were what I got. The cheap flat paint makes it so easy to stain. The friend that booked at this hotel for me was very disappointed in the room. Good points? Well, my room wasn't ready when I wanted to check in early, so I was offered another room at the same price, which was kinda nice, actually. The price was decent. I suppose you get what you pay for. If you're just going to be there for the night and out during the day it's tolerable.
