Not worth the $35/night I got through Priceline
One of the windows was unlocked when I checked in. One of the lights did not work. There was a cutting board but no cutting knife. For an extended stay hotel, it was sub-par for them to put only one frying pan and no pots in my room. They were really skimpy on flatware, bowls, plates, etc., too. For example, the only spoon was a serving spoon. The water reservoir of the coffee maker was filthy. I called the front desk. The employee had poor English and no concept of customer service. All she wanted was for me to show her how the coffee maker was dirty. She did not understand the need to exchange the dirty one with a clean one. After she finally told me she had a clean one (without a "cup," meaning the pot) to give me and I brought the dirty machine to the front desk, she tried to give me one that was just as dirty. When I pointed out that the replacement was also dirty (with the same brown crusting in and around the water reservoir), she said all the makers were like that and tried to blame it on Housekeeping. There were other problems in my room, such as a water-damaged ceiling, etc. The good? The sheets and carpet were clean.
