The young lady who checked us in on Saturday was very pleasant. She was very helpful with information about the area and directed us to the appropriate places. She made our stay very pleasant. We were treated very well in the dining room for breakfast. That person was very pleasant and helpful. The staff at this location were all very accomodating and made our stay more enjoyable. I left thank you cards at the front desk for the two ladies mentioned above for their outstanding service. I travel to Tuscaloosa quite often and I will definitely stay at the Country Inn and Suites again.

The service and management team should be commended on their loyalty to their guests. We received 5 Star service at this hotel and loved everything about our stay. The breakfast buffet which is FREE was better than any Cracker Barrel with gravy, biscuits, eggs, bacon, and waffles on the second day we were there. They even have complimentary books in their lobby library which you can take home with you. Loved this place.

Welcome to the Country was a letter that greeted me, a Gold Points member, along with a gift basket when I entered my room at the "Country" Inn and Suites. That was awesome! my kids loved that and I loved the hospitality and the cleanliness of the room. The housekeeping staff was courteous and friendly. Will will surely go back again!!

The service is good.The rooms are/were clean. In my opinion one of the best in the Tuscaloosa area (within this price range).

This is a fabulous hotel!! The minute you walk in and smell the fresh baked cookies, see the fireplace in the lobby, and see the smiling faces, you know you're home. The staff was great in recommending a restaurant and local attractions. Our room was great for the price we paid, very clean. The new manager went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Can't say enough about this hotel. Was the best place we stayed on our entire trip. I would gladly recommend this hotel to all!!!

I stayed at the Country Inn And Suites back in October of 2005 when I was on my way back to Atlanta after a trip to Lousisiana to see some relatives. Although I found my room to be a little on the small side, I was very pleased with the friendly service, fast check-in time, cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed. The wired high speed internet at no extra cost and the beds which were very comfortable are very nice touches. I also like the overall look and feel of the hotel. The southern style decor is very inviting and gives a warm feeling to the place. The friendliness of the desk clercks only helped to supplement the looks of the hotel. I also liked that the hotel was kept clean and just about everything still looked new inside and out. Despite the room being smaller than what I'd want (it was on the small size but it can still accomodate a familly of four), the hotel still did a very good job making me feel every bit as comfortable as I would if I were at home. All in all, I have to say that there are really no down-sides to this hotel and I would be more than happy to reccomend the Country Inn and Suites to anyone passing through or visiting Tuscaloosa.

It was a welcome treat for a hotel stay,we enjoyed the pool,washer & dryer and breakfest was excellent!

I took a group of students to the University for a competition. The staff was great and the stay was wonderful. We plan to stay there each year.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and cozy. The staff was very welcoming and our family really took advantage of the beautiful lobby and fireplace.

Very homey feel for an inexpensive hotel room. Very clean rooms and grounds. Swimming pool was also very clean and enjoyable.
