Comfort Inn Elko, Elko

I made reservations for two dbl rooms next door to each other in late Feb/early March of 2007 for a stay during the Cowboy Poetry Gathering held in late Jan/early Feb 2008. In Sept '07 I called and canceled the dates we couldn't be there and confirmed two rooms next door to each other for the dates we had obtained tickets. We arrived on the first evening we had reservations after driving thru blizzards for 400 miles and found out that the room adjoining ours had not been cleaned and all the cleaning staff had left for the day. Fortunatley a room down the hall was empty and our freinds were able to stay in that one. I also didn't appreciate the room rates being jacked up by about $40/night just for this big event. We won't be going back.

Manager was super nice and helpful. The staff was very friendly and tried to answer any questions we had. Pool was great. New tile was being put on spa, but that didn't stop my grandkids from enjoying the nice pool. Thanks again, Comfort Inn in Elko, NV.

I loved the Comfort Inn. I've traneled all of my life and I've seen the different hotels that they offer. I must say that the Comfort Inn has been the nicest I've seen around. The beds are awesome, the service prompt and curtious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Comfort Inn was clean, well run and the food, and ammenities were great.

Just stayed one night passing through, but the staff was very helpful, my room had a small fridge and a microwave with a separate sort of lounge area. I thought a great value
