Budget Inn & Suites, Show Low

Where do I start? We stayed there for a convention, we had several rooms so the complaints I have are based on several rooms, not just isolated to one room. No heat in 3 out of 5 rooms. Electrical tape holding the plastic switch covers on the wall. Fire tape holding the window in the wall. Door casings had been broken from a previous busted in door. One room smelled strongly of urine, another of cigarettes. The stairwell's concrete floor was severly deteriorating . The floors on the second story landing were replaced with plywood, also deteriorating. The bathrooms were dirty, holes in the towells, the showers did not look they had been cleaned in the last year. We found smoked cigarette butts in the corner of the shower ledge. No pillow cases, and most of the furniture was falling apart. And just to be petty, there was no Bible in the drawer of my room, I forgot to ask the others in my party. On the defense of the caretaker/ owner, he did attempt to fix the heat and gave us different towells.

when i stayed at the budget inn and suites my fater was staying thire so i could visit him in summer break also while i was thire i met a kid named tim and his brother as well and then my mom c alled and said my dad could have me so we looked for placees to live and we ened up in timberstone apts in show low so that is how my stay was also if a kid named tim if you still live thire this is zach your oul pal

Well trying to even book a room was a joke.....phone was busy all the time. Very gross!! Need to shut down
