Hilton Garden Inn White Marsh, Baltimore

Spent 1 month there on business although we aren’t your usual businessmen they treated us great, helped us find nightlife, restaurants ect.

At first, I was a bit skeptical about going to the Hilton Garden Inn because I had never been in White Marsh before. However, I stayed there during the weekend of my birthday and I absolutely LOVED it! It is in a very quiet, area but close to great resturaunts and not far from entertainment. The residence is safe and comfortable!!! The room was 10 times better than I'd expected it to be. VERY clean, VERY spacious and VERY quiet. I arrived early and was able to check in almost 4 hours earlier than my check in time. The front desk greeted me and my company with a smile and hosted us in a wonderful way. Anytime I go to MD, this hotel will be my FIRST choice. I suggest it to anyone who is skeptical about getting their money's worth. Although a bit costly, you can't beat a wonderful stay at a hotel. 5 stars all the way!!!!

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days in late August 2007 and we could not have been more impressed. This hotel is a quick 15 -20 minute drive to downtown Baltimore and all of the attractions like the Aquarium, Harborplace, etc. The hotel is surrounded by hundreds of shopping and eating options, including Chick-Fil-A, Fridays, Red Lobster, the Avenue at White Marsh (an outdoor shopping center with tons of dining options) and the White Marsh Mall (very nice mall with a large food court, including Mama Ilardo's Pizza - very good pan pizza!). This area is also growing rapidly with many more dining and shopping options. Every major city has an area outside the city that is full of retail and dining - in Baltimore - it is White Marsh! The hotel itself is beautiful in every aspect and has a lot of on-site free parking. The pool and hot tub are somewhat small, but both were nice. There is also a lifeguard on duty at all times. The fitness room is small, but has nice, new equipment. This hotel also gives its guests free access to Bally's Total Fitness, which is very close by. The hotel also has a nice business center with 2 computers with free internet access. The room was very clean every day and was nice and big. The bed was very comfortable and the blanket was very warm and fluffy. Each room has a nice, cold refrigerator and microwave, plus tons of cabinets for food storage or whatever else you need to store. There is a lack of pay-per-view movies (only one page of current movies). Overall, this hotel has a great location and has tons of awesome amenities. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when going to Baltimore.

My fiance & I stayed here for 9 days in July 2005 for our up-coming wedding. We thought that at almost $1,100 it was over-rated, but the stay could not have been any better. The service was excellent, the rooms were kept spotless, and everything was perfect! No dinner available here but there are many places to eat within a 5 minute walk. I would not hesitate to recommend the Hilton Garden Inn to anyone! Shop around for deals on the internet because this hotel is worth it!
