The hotel is in a very convenient location. Close to interstate and close to town. Reasonable pricing with very good continental breakfast. If you can't get into one of the bed and breakfast places, this is the next best thing.

My family and I really enjoyed the staff at this hotel - from the front desk to the housekeepers, they were all wonderful people, ready to serve with a smile. What I admired most is the way they appreciation to their staff, by posting pictures of them in visible areas, that says alot about this hotel's character, I have not seen that at any other hotel. The accomdations are great, the rooms are very clean. The wireless internet connectivity is a plus. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful, not the usual coffee & donut. The servers in this area are to be commended for their personality and willness to serve you.

Wife and I went there for our anniversary a few years back. We love the town (I went to college there). It was our third or fourth time at the hotel. We even started to know some of the staff by name. Long story short, our 'jacuzzi room' was flooded upon arrival and the carpet in the room soaked. We expressed to the desk staff the great disappointment that the jacuzzi was a main reason for us picking that hotel in the first place, and it really ruined the whole romantic notion of the trip. We were given another, regular room (not a jacuzzi room) and charged that room's regular rate. No one on staff would address the generously-posted '100% satisfaction guarantee or your night is free' that was everwhere in the lobby and our room. Three attempts to contact the manager about this were unsucessful, as he would not respond. A tremendous disappointment.
