Poorly run, poor customer service!

Not only did this hotel double charge me, they cancelled my reservation in error. I was able to stay, but now regret that I did. Management has not responded to my messages regarding the double charges on my credit card. Corporate guest services are unconcerned; they told me to just dispute the charges with my credit card (this is what I'm in the process of doing). Don't leave valuables in the room, because twice in my family we were reissued a card key by simply stating the room number. I travel approx 10 times a year and will never stay at a Doubletree again. One night the resturant closed surprisingly 45 mins early because "business it was slow" per desk clerk, so we had to go out when we wanted to eat in. The location is a bit isolated away from restaurants and entertainment. The rooms were fairly clean.
