Hampton Inn Salt Lake City/Layton, Layton

We stayed here one night last summer during a 2-week driving tour of the country. After we left early one morning, one of our 3 boys realized that he had left a crib quilt he'd had since birth -- each of our boys got one and they're now in their teens, but still sleep with them. I called the hotel, they found the quilt and mailed it to our home. Crisis averted!

I don't like the fact this hotel is located to so many restuarants because most of the weekend I was eating and the wife kept on at me because of my high blood pressure. Anyhow, good people at that hotel. Fine looking woman folk who probably don't know how to cook as good as my wife but do a grand job at making you all feel welcome. Arnold.

The wonderful thing about this Hampton Inn is that the staff are there for you 100%, any problems they will take care of you.I wish all hotels had the same calibre of people behind the front desk. My family feel like we are at home when we stay there. Last time we wanted to use the pool but there was so many kids in there we couldn't get in so when the pool closed at 10pm my wife and I were invited to return to the pool which they reopened just for us. Little touches make you feel valued and not just another customer.I can't imagine anyone not loving this hotel and the people who work there. The rooms are very clean and you can trust the maids to do a great job, and the beds are wonderful!! Breakfast is better than your average buffet and if there is something you really want just ask them, they are quick to please and surprise you.

Rooms are very comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Complementary breakfast, coffee and cookies at 7pm! Pool is very inviting. Free wireless internet in every room. What more could you ask for?
