Hotel Stara Szmergielnia, Narita-Shi

I recently stayed in Garden Hotel Narita from 9/21/2009 to 9/22/2009 for one night. I made my reservation through Airport Hotels Guide that charges 7,400 Japanese Yens, including breakfast and usage of the Internet access. I would NOT recommend Garden Hotel Narita for the following reasons: 1. The hotel charged me at 8,574 Japanese Yens instead of 7,400 Japanese Yens. That is an extra charges of 1,174 Japanese Yens. (I have both Reservation Confirmation from the Airport Hotels Guide and the actual receipt from Garden Hotel Narita). 2. The hotel denied me of the Internet access, and required an additional of 1,050 Japanese Yens for Internet usage? It had been an unpleasant experience with Garden Hotel Narita, the service and value were beyond description, it was very deceitful as stated above. Thank you. Rachel Ang 9/24/2009.

Very Nice service and convenent to airport. The internet service very good. A very good buffet. A very nice boutic. Very pleasing and helpful personel. I would like to stay with you next time.

My stay was restful and serene. I arrive anxious and very tired. A hot soak in the bathtub, firm pillows and mattress easily lulled me to sleep. I espeically liked the room decor (a muted Japanese design), bath amenities(big bottles of shampoo, condidtioner and body wash) and the breakfast buffet(plenty of western food). I would stay here again.
