Holiday Inn Express-Suite North Conway, North Conway

It has a great location for shopping. However, it is overpriced, the staff are rude, and amenities are poor. Breakfast was not good and not much of a selection. Internet was horrible. Pool was dirty. Room was small and had cracks in the ceiling. There are too many other nice places to stay to be stuck with this poor option. Stay at the Hampton Inn instead.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. The hotel is very well located. Breakfast buffet was very good. Everything we expect from a Holiday Inn Express hotel. The only irritant was that there were MANY kids yelling and running all around in the breakfast area. Tha was not pleasant at all. But this is not the hotel's fault... Parents should look after their kids and think about the other clients... But this is a whole different story. We highly recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. A little bit overpriced in my opinion, but I thought I'd give them a try. I would go back if I wanted to pay $100 per night...

Room was nice beds comfortable. Staff helpful. Left early because no cell service. Check out the resturant Bellini's amazing food

The housekeeping staff is phenomenal and the rooms are always very clean. We enjoyed the pool but often find it far too hot inside the pool area. Front desk staff is very pleasant and always ready to help. Overall this is a very friendly hotel and we would come back again.

We love this hotel. We stay here at least twice a year if not three times. The beds and pillows are so comfortable. The rooms and hotel are very clean. Breakfast is good too. The pool could be a little cleaner, but it's a nice temperature and so is the hot tub. We've stayed in lots of hotels in North Conway and Lincoln and this is the best by far. Pretty good prices too.

Easy to find, easy to get to. Hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Continential Breakfast offered, for those travel with a family and budget. Located near the shopping outlets.

Pros: We were greeted at the door by an employee who happened to be on his way out and held the door open and welcomed us. The exterior of the hotel was well maintained as was the interior. Rooms were clean and large enough, hallways clean, ice machine worked (in fact everything worked as we would have expected). An apparent recent addition to the continental breakfast included cheese omelets and link sausages which I went for as I'm not a bagel, muffin and pastry type of guy. The gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to arrange a room rate discount for us as we didn't qualify for any of the normal discounts that others can take advantage of and our room overlooked the front parking lot, the main street of N. Conway and the mountains in the background. Cons: None Conclusion: My wife and I are not the upscale seasoned travellers that some are but we like to get away for 4-5 days in September each year and are "picky" about the establishments we stay in and were not disappointed with this one.

We had a great stay here. Very large clean rooms were well stocked. Staff was friendly and prompt and we look forward to going back.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. Everything you need. We even did laundry while we were there. They have a coin operated washer & dryer available to the guests. The continental breakfast was just the basics but enough to tide you over until lunch. Coffee is always available in the lobby. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants and the outlet shopping is in the iimmediate vicinity. The staff was very helpful and even gave us a coupon for a nearby restaurant. We would definitely stay here again.
