Quality Inn & Suites San Antonio, San Antonio

I was in San Antonio for work for a 2 1/2 month period. When I checked in I was not informed about a price increase that was going to happen during my stay due to the Rodeo coming to town. Motel manager was not honest with any of the people that were staying with our group. Every time I questioned about anything concerning my bill that was wrong they blamed it on the computer. I requested a few things to be fixed and nothing was ever done. For the most part my room was cleaned but several times they did not leave hand towels. They did not tell me that I was going to be charged for a safe in my room that was an option to use. I never used the safe and on the safe it stated that you can request a refund at check out. I requested during my stay that I want a refund and again manager tried to con me telling me that he didn't know if he could. My biggest complaint is that the manager is not honest and did not care about his guests requests.

Traveling from Florida to California. Easy exit from I-10. We came upon a crowd of young adults in the parking lot and a few on a 2nd floor balcony (loud music, smoking pot, talking loud and laughing our calls to front desk were ignored. Poor service, old carpet and linens. Hopefully has improved. Not a good value.

This particular location is nothing like it looks online. Our room smelled of B.O. and smoke . We asked for a non-smoking room. Everytime the toilet was flushed it would run and we had to shake the handle to get it to stop. We had friends with us in other rooms and it seemed that they had near flooding problems with their toilets. It is not in a good part of town either. When we tried to check in, the receptionist didn't acknowledge that we were even there to check in because she was busy online or something. Stay away from here!
