Great experience
By ,
I have stayed there for five days for the conference and I was very satisfied. New hotel management works very hard for the benefit of the clients. They provide really all-day service: when asking for information, when needing to use a driver etc. Tasty breakfasts with fresh fruit, newspapers every day, nice swimming pool...The room was a bit small but always clean, WiFi access was quick and without power cuts. And more, the hotel is very near the Old Town. Thank you!

Great experience, stay there and see
By ,
I stayed there at the end of July. The management was great, they have a genuine hotel shuttle with excellent driver. They picked up us at airport mid night, and they helped us next day catch RoadRunner train to Santa Fe in a record time, we did not expected a Prius may be so agile.. The rooms are very clean, the personnel very friendly and nice, very educated, speaking many languages, the driver was speaking French with a tourist traveling with us to Santa Fe. The breakfast was made with fresh French pastries, very fresh fruits, and much more. The pool was great. I used jacuzzi too. For the two days I have staid there with my guests we experienced a great time. We get late and tired in the Old Town, we asked for instructions for a taxi, but they sent the hotel shuttle after us. The beds were better than 150$ hotel, very clean, many TV channels, wi-fi fast and easy to use. This new management the Hotel has contributed to our best experience. Our foreign friends were impressed.

we stoped here on the way back from our trip and before we leave any room becauce we have kids we pull the bedding to make sure the kids didnt leave any toys or shoes behind in the bed when i pulled the sheets back i was in shock there were about 100 bed bugs crawling around on the sheet we went to the front desk and told them and they acted like it was no big deal not even a "were sorry this has happend to you " nothing this has ruined my familys future stays at any Econo Lodge

Not worth the good location to old town, etc.
By ,
I have stayed here in the past and it was ok. Not any more. Dismal rooms. Very little supplies. Dirty. No remote for TV and couldn't get a replacement. Had trouble with wireless. Woman at front desk brusk and dismissive. Stairway smells like urine. Extra noisy AC. Over priced room booked on priceline. Woman took forever trying to find my reservation whipsering to other clerk. I mean about 15 minutes without saying a thing after I asked if there was a problem several times.

Won't go back
By ,
The location was great, a short walk to old town and the Aquarium. Our room smelled like bug bomb, the shampoo left for us was half used, there was a THICK layer of dust on the light fixtures, and we had to plug the TV into the wall, and the cable coax into the TV before we were able to use it. Alarm clock didn't work. Pool looked very dirty, we didn't venture in. Didn't seem like a bad neighborhood.

Best value near Old Town
By ,
With a courteous, attentive manager, cool pool and warm jacuzzi hardly used, and only 2 blocks from Old Town (next to a McDonalds for quick snacks), this was perfect for me and my teen daughter. We had trouble with noisy neighbors (Boy Scout kids overhead, and partiers next door), but the manager got involved and even gave us a new room, totally peaceful. I loved swimming early in the empty pool, relaxing late in the jacuzzi, and getting breakfast goodies before heading out daily. Great value, low price.
