DO NOT GO HERE!

The staff was unorganized and unclean. The front desk clerk had blood on her shirt. There is no breakfast, coffee machine was down, rooms where dirty. The manager was the only person that new how to do anything and she wasn't there. The clerks huffed and puffed every time you spoke with them, not to mention RUDE! I could go on and on! Spend an extra ten dollars and go somewhere else. Avoid driving to the back of the Lowes parking lot and the noisy interstate.

This location was in a tucked away quiet area, despite the traffic from hwy 65. I thought the check in was good, the staff was friendly and the room was very clean to my standards. The room is basic to all other hotels, not as upgraded as a Hampton Inn, but still great for the price. I would easily stay there again and booking online to save money. NO real complaints about the hotel, staff, or internet connection. A++++

decent, but had some problems

The hotel was decent for the price, but some things need to be addressed. Coffee machine was down most of the time. They make you pay for internet access. No working ice machine other than in lobby. Overpriced vending machines No security on outside door near pool, just touch the 2 wires together and you are in. poor lighting in parking lot which makes last point even worse some positives: good location, pool was nice and clean, room was clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Overall, a slightly above average budget interstate hotel. I would probably stay again. Other than the lock issue, which I am sure is being worked on, it is a decent value.

Great service and a excellent location. Staff was nice and the lobby and rooms were all very clean. The little adimites were excellent. Hot coffee , tea, use of the microwave etc was all great! Will go back to there because we had such a great time. Everything was provided for us.
 
 
 
 
 
Great value, but you get what you pay for...

Great value. We booked online and got the room for $39.99 on Thursday, and $49.49 on Friday and Saturday. The service ran from excellent, to poor, depending on who was on the desk. The first night we were there, I called and asked for extra pillows, towels, and a blanket. The woman that answered was too happy to bring everything up to the room. The next night, I called to ask for extra towels, and a hair dryer. The man on the phone was abrupt, and asked if we were coming to get the items. I said no, it was late, so he suggested I wait until morning. The carpet in the room was very dirty. I walked around in my sock feet and the socks were black on bottom with dirt. Bottom line: you get what you pay for.
