InTown Suites, San Antonio

This place was disgusting. Paid for 5 days, but couldn't stay there one hour. It stunk and crackheads walking around everywhere. If I had the time, I would sit in front of the hotel and tell people how disgustingly filthy it is and tell them not to stay there. Tried to get a refund since we had to pay for another hotel, but they would only refund our deposit. Who monitors the cleanliness of hotels? Surely there are some standards that they must go by. If you took your shoes off, your feet would be black in 5 minutes....that's how dirty the floors were! On a rating scale, there aren't numbers low enough!
