The room we were given was pretty disgusting. I saw a dark spot under my pillow case, when I removed the case there was a dried blood stain the size of a half dollar. I removed the pillow case from the second pillow on the bed and it was covered in yellow drool stains. I knew we were in troble juse when we walked in the room, there was an iron mark where someone melted the carpet with an iron right in the middle of the floor. Checking in was a nightmare! We reached the hotel at 10:15 pm, seems they close the office from 10:00 pm to 8 am. (the door said they closed at 11 pm) We had to use a small phone located by the security office to call someone. Then we had to wait 20 minutes for them to come and check us in. Now here's the good part, not only do they charge you for the room but they put an additional hold on your card. So say if the room was $45 a night they charge you $90! Then they tell you you'll get credited back the amount in 3 to 10 business days! We checked back out that night and went to a better hotel, but Suburban stay still held the money until well after the 10 days! If you don't mind cheap and dirty and have money to throw away, this is the place for you.
