The management is poor . Very unprofessional. Makes you not want to go to the front desk. The night guy is creepy. Knocked on my door at 2 in the morning. They try to drain your bank account with extra charges .

Pros: -They cleaned my room once a week. -wireless internet. -Air conditioning -cable tv Cons: -Sharing bandwidth on the internet. Some times download speeds only reached 10KBps. At certain times you could reach around 300KBps though. -Bed was very stiff -TV only had a cable port and headphone port, so you can't plug in video game systems.

They advertise "HI SPEED INTERNET". I haven't had a connection sooooooo slow in 20 years, when I used a 20k modem.

I came to this hotel trying to escape my abusive fiance, but I got nothing safer at therel. The night staff manager Christopher was scarier then the guy I was running from. He came in to my room demanding to open the door or he'll call the cops, because we were a little loud. I didn't know that they can come to you and tell you how you should have sex in your room, especially call the cops on you for that. Then when I was alone around 3-4 in the morning he walked in my room and started touching my contreceptives and asking me what that was. Can't I have condoms in my room? Is this a sex free facility? Cause they should let their costumers know. After this incident I did not return to my room for 3 days. About 5-10 min after I walked in the door he tryed to force his way in again, making aligations that there was smell of marijuna in there. He called the cops, not even knowing for sure. That just pissed me off. I think this night manager is a racist, cause he's being doing nothing, but harrasing me for whole two days I was there. I payed for a week but stayed two days due to constant harrasment from the staff. I think I deserve my money back. I will never ever come back, and I'll make sure everyone I know won't either.

I checked in June 3rd for a four month stay. My room was supposed to be cleaned every thursday and they forgot me three times. The last time I talked to the mgr and he said it would be taken care of the next day, It wasn't, so I'm checking out. I really can't understand this type of incompetence. I caused no problems what so ever. Was quiet as a mouse. Didn't even complain when the laundry machines consistently ate my money. Apparently they don't need the business, so I'll go somwhere else. I have been staying here for over 4 months. My experience has been a good one. The front desk staff are pleasant, helpful and respectful. No major problems. No sign of constant police or issues like that. The facilty will be getting a much needed makeover in the next few months which will give each room and the entire building an updated look. I would certainly recommend it for short or long term stays.

As a contractor I have stayed in some bad places. This is not one of them. I have been here for 7 months. During the summer half contractors with pickup trucks, a quarter contractors with ties, and a quarter ??? Rooms are ok nice for the price. In December less contractors with trucks, and more like myself with skills they can sell on the road. I would like a internet connection.

For the value, it was okay. However, the police were there almost everyday checking their warrants for people who stay there to avoid the police. No supervision of children, they cried all the time. The cleaning lady hardly cleaned. I kept my own room clean. No security hardly ever, and when there was you couldn't find them. Laundry facility not taken care of, people who lived there didn't care. Anyone can get into the building, all they have to do is wait for someone who lives there to let them in the door. Trash all over the yard and dumpster overflowing. Rooms needed to be painted. I kept my room clean so therefore, I guess, I did not get my deposit back. Too noisy at night to sleep because of the banging of doors and people banging on the walls. Too many drugs on second floor you can smell it when you walk through the halls. Strange men walking the halls drunk, and trying to get into other peoples rooms.

I have been staying at In Town Suites Burnsville for a year and a half. I have had only minor probems with service, i.e. my housekeeper doesn't speak english. The manager is very well liked by everyone and I find all employee's, from management to maintenence to housekeeping to be very friendly.
