Toilet didn'twork, sheets were to small for the bed, won't stay on... At check out I was charged more than my confirmation said. After I left a couple of days, I was charged extra $40.00 for damage to room. hole in wall. I promise you I did not put any holes in the walls, in fact many of the rooms were not even finished and standing open with nothing in them. This hole I guess was in the bathroom way above our heads where someone had pulled down the shower curtain and they reattached it to the wall below the original place leaving a hole that was never patched. So the conveniently charged me for it without even asking. This is wrong, I have called the hotel several times and no one will call me back, I have complained to everyone I can think of and nothing. They tell the the owner manager is not in but conveniently when I was staying there he was in everyday because they said the tied his dog outside by the pool and it was around everyday. This is a wrong way to treat a guest and just wrong to take money out of your account with authorization or dicussion. I want some kind of action. I hope someone reads this and will help me. It is more the principal of the matter than anything else. If they do this all of the time and take advantage of people then they should be put out of business.
