AWFUL! Hope I NEVER have to go back!

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the airport and we had an early flight out after spending a wonderful week in SC. We arrived in the evening after being on the road for hours, and had to wait for service. Once we were assigned a room we found it to be dark and dirty, the bathroom had not been cleaned leaving scum around the tub edge and obvious dirt on the floor. The linen was so dirty we decided to sleep in our clothes and left extra early in the morning to cleanup and eat at the airport. I would never recommend this hotel to ANYONE.

Wonderful hotel with an outstanding staff.

THIS PROPERTY WAS WONDERFUL AND THE STAFF PROVIDED OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. AFTER HAVING A ROUGH DAY AT WORK I CAME IN THE HOTEL AND WAS GREETED WITH A SMILE. AFTER BEING ASKED HOW MY DAY WAS AND HAVING A 30MIN CONVERSATION WITH THE DESK CLERK I LEFT THE DESK SMILING AND FEELING AT HOME.
