Comfort Hotel Kokura North, Athens

I mad my reservations a week ahead of time.I called to ask about checkin n late. They told me we could check in up to 6am the following morning. When we arrived @ midnight the office was all locked up. I had to go find the security person and get ehm to help me. At first he could find no record of my reservation, then after I insisted, he located the information. Also, I booked a room with a queen sized bed, but when we checked in I was informed that they had overbooked and we would be getting a double bed for a $5.00 discount in the price. No iron, no blowdryer, and no one available to provide one at the office the next morning.
