Harbour View Hotel, HäI PHòNG

There is really nothing to dislike about the Harbor View Hotel. Above all, the staff are friendly, efficient, and multilingual. The restaurants offer things to please anyone. The lobby is well-lit from the large windows. Open, spacious, with a very nice bar and large-screen TV. The location is almost at the harbor, Easy to go to Cat Ba Ialand on the Hydrofoil. Yet a short distance from city center. Across the street is a wonderful park with many different rides for the kids. The hotel has an open courtyard design. Step out of your room on any floor and look down on the gardens below. Electronic door locks, A/C, and of course satellite TV. The old, wonderfully restored Citroen "traction" (the favorite of the police in the old Franch films) to take you to and from the airport. All-in all, it was a "wonderful experience."
