Super 8 Gastonia, Gastonia

The staff, especially the front desk attendant, was very friendly and so accommodating to us during our entire stay. She gave us suggestions for dinner, cab rides, mall directions and so on. She was very cool and still very professional with my husband and me. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would add to need renovation in hotel because may be old building, but a room is clean bed is very comfortable!!! I would pay $10 more for my room if it had one on the king bed. I also brought my laptop along on this trip and the hotel had free internet service. Great hotel . I WAS THERE 5 DAYS AND NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANYTHING BUT WARM GREETINGS AND LOTS OF SMILES EVERY TIME .

i like location and rate is good also,special front desk is very helpful & room is nice also.nothing much you can tell about but i enjoy my stay at super 8 gastonia nc.

my wife and i stayed at super 8 gastonia few days ago.we stop from hwy I-85 they give us very good rate !!!.and staff very friendly and helpful and the room is clean.the bed was very comfortable ,something very important to us since my wife has back problem.the room was quiet,near by resturant,shopping center,walmart etc.... and next day we found this location just 30 min from charlotte downtown wher we have to go.far from city then save big money !!! Thankyou super 8 and front desk for make very enjoyable stay.

This is about the dirtiest motel I have ever stayed in. The carpet was so bad, that when I walked on it barefoot, my feet turned BLACK. It was like tar. When I took occupancy, I turned back the covers, to discover the pillows in the same position as the previous guest had left it. The sheets were not changed. The guest has to do most of the work. I had to strip the bed, AND remake it myself. The next to the last day, I could not even get towels. The housekeeper for that room, constantly mentioned to me how much she wanted tips.. I do not know why, she sure did not earn them. The tv did not work right. In the middle of the night, it would turn itself off and on. I had to unplug it. When I discussed this with the maintenance, he informed me that they had a lot of problems with these tv's and had thrown away several.
