Savoy Sharm El Sheikh, Al Arish

just back from 2 week honeymoon in Savoy Hotel. Disappointed at first, as it took 3 days 2 recognise we were honeymoon couple, tho prior warning...not upgraded, but got fruit n cookies! Do not take scottish bank notes as spending money...we had a nightmare! Not recognised currency in Egypt, n could only change it at back street place in Naams Bay 4 only 5 Egyptian £s to our £.!!! we lost £150. Savoy hotel fabulous, cleanliness n care, second to none. Beach great...fish at jetty magnificent! pools spotless n morning aqua aerobics great fun! we ate at Tirana rest....excellent, n Rocky Pool cafe...tasty! we would go back in a mo!

the location and facilities are very good but the sevice this time was very bad this is our third time we go there but this time was the worst time first there is alot of construction during the high season and the middle swimming pool still in maintenance for the second time and when you go to breakfast at 10 o'clock they send you down and we have to carry our baby car downstairs and it is very bad and when we checked out they put our luggage outside the gate they didn't alow the taxi to come inside all that under the sun with our children so i think this will be our last time in this hotel .

The Savoy is truly an unbelievable resort. The food was excellent, service fantastic, and views and sea amazing. The water is so clear, you feel like you are swimming through "Finding Nemo." The staff was awesome. Our daughter, who was 4 when we went, got a stomach bug when we were there. At 3am the hotel manager came from his home to our room to check on her, sent a doctor to our room (at 3 am), paid the doctor for us, and even had an employee go and get her prescription in the middle of the night (even though pharmacies were closed at that time of night) they refused money for the prescription and the doctor. All of the employees, from the house keepers to the waiters came to ask how she was doing. Everyone was super nice (and our daughter got better the next day--they know how to treat local ailments). There is a kiosk on the beach at the Savoy where you can book excursions (snorkel, quads, camels, etc.) we did it all, and the trips were fun and affordable. Guides were knowledgeable and spoke so many languages! We were impressed that they were environmentally conscious and instructed tourists how to enjoy the sights without damaging the wildlife (like the reefs and fish). Your money goes really far in Sharem, it's a great family vacation. people are nice to kids, great food, lots to do. The most beautiful place on earth. I would live here if I could, and reccomend to everyone!

I stayed in the savoy sharm el sheikh for a week in April with some friends, it was one if not the best holiday I have ever had, and we hardly left the hotel, with friendly staff, delicious food, great entertainment and beautiful surroundings we all felt happy to stay in the hotel night after night.

We stayed in the 'Royal' part of the Savoy hotel. The service was excellent, butler service, friendly staff, beautiful hotel grounds, private pool. Room was ample size supplied with all the amenities of a five star hotel , robes, slippers, fruit, flowers. Can recommend this part of the hotel with the utmost confidence.

The location is great with nice views, the rooms on the swimming pool are very comfortable, the beach is clean, the service was good. The gym and the spa are well equiped and clean. The food was average but the good side of it is that you do not have to worry about the extra kilos. If you are looking for relaxation, this is the right place.

no dislikes a beaultiful hotel with great amenities except the food which could be improved especially in the buffet restaraunt however breakfast was top notch.weather could not have been better.

I was in stay 4 years ago.Savoy hotel resort. İt was a not comfortable hotel.Housekeeping service doesnt work.Room was a not clean.Allways cover same sheets bed in the room..I lost my swiming suit in my room when ı checkout hotel they didnt found my suit.İt was a terrible.Never stay again....in Savoy Resort.I will allways prefer Four Seasons Hotel & resort.

Beautiful hotel, best and most responsive staff we have ever seen. It is real 5* hotel and we felt ourselves as special guests. No doubt - if we will go to Sharm once more we will choose Savoy.

I liked Savoy very much because the rooms are beautifully desighned and the food are so clean and wonderful
