Will never go back again

The front desk mananger Ray is unreal. I was charged two times for the stay on my credit card. The hotel was booked full and the young lady working at desk was not trained well she did not have the experance to handle such a large croud. And the manager was no where to be found. Rooms are dated and air never works. Never will go back

I rented a cabana for my son's 4th birthday. From the time I made my reservation until the time we had to check out was amazing!!! The staff was awesome, they went out of their way to make our stay special, they treated us like we were there only guest. The room was very clean & spacious! My thanks to all the staff!! We live here in East Ridge & are planning on going back in a couple of weeks, & we can not wait!! Thanks again Comfort Inn for making this the best birthday a 4 year old & his family could ever ask for!!! Rob & Sherry Chadwick East Ridge, Tennessee

Only because we had to!

I stay at this hotel only because I have to for some meetings.This place is very dated. The beds are VERY hard. The bathroom tend to have black mold in the shower. I have stayed in a Whirpool Suite and the tub jets never work. The carpet in the halls are stained and worn. The elevators are always breaking down and too small for 2 people with any luggage. the breakfast is nothing to write home about, either. For the money(a little more), stay at the Fairfield Inn just a few blocks from this location. The groups I came with is looking for another location to hold our meeting next year.

It was disappointing

After reading other reviews, I booked the hotel. The carpet was stained, the ice makers didn't work, the beds were uncomfortable, the internet was really, really slow, and everything was really dated. The TV worked okay and the pool was open late (though I smelled no chlorine). The hotel was okay for spending the night but I would have been really disappointed (for the price) had I spent more than one night. I won't stay there again (even if the price is half what I paid).
