NIGHTMARE!!!!!

THE HOTEL ROOM WAS VERY SMALL & CRAMPED. HOWEVER, THE PROBLEM WAS A BILLING ISSUE - UPON CHECK-IN WE SUBMITTED A CREDIT CARD FOR MISC ROOM CHARGES. UPON CHECKOUT WE DECIDED TO PAY CASH, WE WERE ASSURED SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE CREDIT CARD HAD NOT BEEN CHARGED. 2 WEEKS LATER WE FIND THAT THE CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED AS WELL AS OUR CASH PAYMENT. WE CALLED TO CLEAR UP THE ISSUE AND WAS TOLD BY THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE THAT NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE AND WE COULD LEAVE A PHONE NUMBER (AFTER PRESSING TO SPEAK W/SOMEONE WE THEN DISCOVER WE ARE ACTUALLY SPEAKING TO MR POE, GEN MGR). HE WAS RUDE, BUT ASSURED US HE WOULD RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND CALL US THE NEXT DAY TO CONFIRM. HE HAS NOT CALLED BACK AND SEVERAL RETURN CALLS TO THE HOTEL OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OD DAYS TO SPEAK W/HIM HAVE STILL REMAINED UNRETURNED.
