Crossland Economy Studios Orlando University of Central Florida is designed specifically for people who need more than just a room while away from home. The oversized studio suites feature a kitchen that allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. As a guest of Crossland, you receive free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in. Extended Stay Hotels now offers complimentary high speed Internet.

A nice place

A quiet nice place. Close to shopping, restaurants, and my fiancee job. When I needed anything it was seen to within 10 minutes. Room smelled fresh and was very clean.

Would not be my choice again - disappointed with Price Lines selection.

The room was very basic especially for a suite - no aminities at all - the bed was a double size (only size they have at this motel) and exremely hard and uncomfortable. The air conditioner which ran constantly all night was so noisy that it kept us awake most of the night. I would not choose this hotel again altho the location was convenient to where we were going to be and it was a clean motel.

all rooms have cigar-cigarette odors

My stay was meant for 2 days. I asked the attendent to change my room three times. The last room also had odors. After I requested an odor nutralizer and it worked for a while. I step out for a few hours, when i got back it still had that cigarette odor. Mind you these rooms were non smoking rooms. I will never recommend this place, even if its free. I cancelled the 2nd day and decided on a different hotel in the local area. NOOO ODOORS. It was also better and cheaper I wonder, is anyone really checking up on these places??

We ended up staying here because all other hotels near UCF where either booked or overpriced (it was graduation time). The room was tiny. We had a cabin on a cruise ship that was bigger. The bed was only a full-size bed. The TV only had about 10 channels available. The room was clean, but there were a lot of moisture stains in the bathroom. I got a non-smoking room, but it smelled like cigarrettes and could not be changed. The hallways also had an awful smell. Wouldn't go back even if you paid me.

roach motel

The beds and the smell of rooms were awful. critters inhabited the room. never recommend to anyone. I should seek an attorney and sue you guys for the awful experience there.

Not a 5-Star hotel, but great deal for the price!

Sure, you can find a nicer place to stay, but for the price, you can't beat what you get here. I must also tell you that I was disappointed to find out my bathroom was dirty (gross!) when I arrived, but upon complaining, I got a new room AND one full night free. That's what I call customer service.

Don't trust this people

I had a Guaranteed Late Arrival and when we got there, with my seven years old son, the room was giving to somebody else. Imagine our desesperation at 11:00pm with a child and no hotel.

DON'T TRUST THE PEOPLE. For and extra $5 you can stay in Days Inn, Ramada Inn or Radisson in the same area.
