Do Not stay at this MOTEL, fraud,

This hotel was the WORST hotel ever!!
The girl at the front desk was very
rude and would not contact the
manager, she said she didnt have her
phone number, but then called her for
another reason. I am not sure who
your manager is, because repeated
request to speak to her went
ignored!! I called on the 15th of
july and reserved two nights, within a
very short time I called back and told
the gal that we would only be able to
stay the 16th, she said too bad, I was
still going get charged! I asked to
speak to the manager and I was told
she wasnt there, I asked her to call
her and have her call me, she agreed,
no call back. The next day at check
in, I was told that I had been charged
for the night before, she would not
call the manager, she said she couldnt
contact her, I asked to have the
manager call my room when she
returned, no call from her.
I looked at my debit account and You
charged me for FOUR NIGHTS, This money
better be returned to my account
immediately!! I am contacting the
attorney general and the better
business burea and all travel sites!!
508.00 dollars better be back in my
account tomorrow, I will be filing
charges for theft and fraud on your
horrible motel!!
