Days Inn Forest Park, OH, Forest Park

The toilet was dirty,carpet hadn't been vacumed or wasn't done very well, dust on furniture, the room was just to dirty to be considered worth the price.

Rooms generally comfortable/ well equipped-microwave & fridge very handy-although beds more like doubles than queens. In-room coffee not great. Pool water nice temperature-I am a lightweight if the water is too cold at all which I usually find it to be-though not very deep (3'9" at the deepest. Good for smaller kids though. Hottub was/is always nice. Good continental breakfast, especially if you like biscuits and gravy (hard to find places that make it very well) thought the sitting area is small. Major issues: Never enough pool towels (they should invest in more). Front desk not well-manned and slow to respond.

We were looking for a clean friendly motel to stay at while attending our son's wedding in cincinnati. We got more than we thought possible. The staff was very friendly always helpful never too busy to help you out. Our room was exceptional. Our bed was very compfortable sheets and blankets smelt clean unlike some places that kept you guessing. Rooms were very clean and security of the whole building was outstanding. I would tell anyone looking for a place to stay in Cincinnati,Oh to stay with the wonderful staff of LEE's Inn & Suites . (Forest Park)

My room was dirty when I walk in , when I complained they acted as if I was causeing them some sort of problem . Iguess they had my money and that was all that mattered, atleast that was my perception

My a/c was noisey and didn't keep the room cool,the phone didn't work,it was noisey outside in the hall early in the morning and when I went down to their so-called breakfast there wasn't anything stocked when I ask why this arab or whatever he was said they weren't going to put out anything else because it was so late in the morning, IT WAS 8:00AM and the hotel was packed.

The reservations on their home website are not real time. It seems that they will continue to take reservations (and not indicate this) even when they are full, but will send you an email declining your reservation. My email didn't even have the right phone number for the hotel to call back. When I called, I spoke to a very rude front desk person who explained to me that they do this all the time and that I should speak to corporate. I did speak to guest services. The lady was very nice and apologetic, but failed on two occasions to follow up as promised. I called her back three days after the first promised follow up and naturally she apologized again and so forth, promised another call back the next day and I'm still waiting. I'll never again take the chance that I have secured a room only to find out that the reservation is not good. Their corporate guest services are very polite but that does little when you can't get them to resolve anything.

The Ramada I stayed in had a large and immaculate room. The indoor pool was very nice. The Continental breakfast was the best I have ever experienced at a Hotel. It was awesome. Incredibly, it was all under $40. The previous weekend I stayed at a $115/night hotel in downtown Madison, WI that could not hold a candle to this Ramada Inn. I will stay at the Ramada Inn in Bloomington, IL every time I visit my family living in Downs, IL.
