When we got there the owner was VERY RUDE!!! The halls were hot, so was our room! After 45 mins of sitting in a HOT 80 degree room, I spoke with the owner's wife, she told me that we had the setting on the wrong thing and changed it. After another 30 mins of, yet again sitting in a HOT room, I asked for the manager and that is when the rude guy came out and he switched us rooms, while we waited another 45 mins for that room to cool down my brother found a BED BUG crawling on his arm (which we do have pics of) and yet the room never cooled down. I went to go back to the lobby and they had locked the doors, so I called and he threatened to throw us out. We decided that we could not stay there and asked if he would refund our money for the rest of the trip. He refused. When my brother told him about the bugs he said,"That's okay." EXCUSE me that's ok!! I don't even think so!! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER!!! I hope they get shut down!! And the guy also told us that if we wanted a 5 star resort that we should pay him $100!!!
