Candlewood Suites Irvine - Spectrum, Irvine

I cannot understand how Candlewood survived all these years without properly Trained Staff.... I stayed in this hotel for 3 months and what they did to me during the last few days of my stay left me penny less buy foolishly making multiple Transitions on my Debit card for over a $1200 the stay which I did not even make. I spending $3000 for which I stayed and ( $1200 dollars of silly transtion which left me penny less ....and the Manger who would not agree about the mistake )( I had to beg my brother in Canada to send his Credit card setails to bail me out of the situation) After begging the cab driver to drop me off to LAX and staying hungry for 2 days and canceling your other Travel plans ... crying your way to your house .. I dont think so it was a very good Idea to stay in Candlewood suites The Free Breakfast on Tuesdays Excellent Idea Free Laundry Excellent Attendent Sam ... Very good but what happned to the rest of the staff...... What happned to me was terrible.. I was on a official trip which left extreemly embrassed.... All because of wrong swipes made by a 2 silly recption attendents ... You can stay in Candelwood trust them with everything but except your Cash....
