Country Inn and Suites Atlanta Airport North, Atlanta

Booked for what seemed to be a reasonable rate for the area and type of room ($95.50). we forgot to bring the confirmation sheet and had to call around to the several Atlanta Country Inns to find the right one. Non were at all helpful and one even hung up on us before we called the national reservation number and got courteous help. I had requested a crib on the reservation but was told on arival that they didn't have cribs. Not even Pack-n-Plays! No one bothered to send me a quick email or call to let me know. We had to work it out with furniture and blankets. The room was adequately clean, but nothing special. We discovered that the pull out couch was ripped at the bottom corner and would let the mattress and our son fall to the floor. Bedside table under the bed fixed that. The first airport shuttle was late and the second early and they wouldn't wait 2 minutes for us to get down to the lobby. I would stay here again if I had to, but I wouldn't seek this place out either.
