Comfort Suites Kenosha, Kenosha

Hotel is very dated, it's clean with comfortable beds. I requested a wake up call that never happened and didn't dig the gentleman hanging around behind the counter with the leather ball cap and the black pants were the crotch was around his knees (you get the picture), the elevator is SCARY almost not safe! Depending on your standards this is an OK value. I would stay again because of the price I was given.

I loved the location it was close to resturants and a fine groccery store. The staff was friendly. The room was a good size. I was able to relax at the hotel even though I was on business.

The conditioner in rooms 312 and 314 does not work. We had to check out and go next door to the Best Western !

I recently stayed in one of the Jacuzzi Suites at this location, and it was the best hotel stay I have ever experienced. The whole place just went under renovation and everything in the rooms from the carpet to the ceiling and everything in-between is brand new. The Staff was great and knowledgable of the area, the breakfast was outstanding, and the pool/whirlpool area was a great place to relax after a long day. I will definitely be staying with them the next time I am in the area.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly, the room was nice (and huge) and the breakfast was great...what more could I ask for!

The only thing I liked was the fact that the Manager on call (Linda Summer) went out of her way to try to make the stay enjoyable. Four lights were burnt out,the key cards didn't work on the locks,there were loose ceramic tiles by the bath,no comforter on the bed, and there was alot of foot traffic upstairs.We stayed about 5 hours till we couldn't stand the noise anymore.

I recently stayed at this hotel and my stay was very enjoyable. Everything in the room seemed new, they recently finished their renovations. The staff was friendly. In the morning there was a hot breakfast that was delicious. I appreciated that the hotel was non-smoking. I approve of this hotel 100%.

I recently spent four nights at Comfort Suites in Kenosha. The room was very clean and comfortable. I especially noticed the clean, fresh smell of the bed linens and towels. The hotel in general is clean and well maintained and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. I came to the area for a family reunion and the location was very convienent. We enjoyed our visit and will most likely stay at this hotel the next time we visit. My thanks to the staff for a very pleasant stay. John from Florida.

We checked in at about 8:00 pm after a long drive moving our daughter to college. The front entry is the "smoking area" and did not even have an ashtray, so there were cigarette butts everywhere. The "suite" had a horrible odor and did not look like it had been vacuumed very well. Stains on the floor and dust along all baseboards. The bathroom was handicapped accessible, but the ceiling above the shower was not painted, also no fan in the bathroom, no kleenex anywhere in the suite. Wallpaper under window and above air conditioner was peeling and had mold. Received a shock when turning on the lamp by the bed and killed a large bug that looked like a roach. Opened the pull out sofa bed and the mattress pad had large disgusting stain on it. Requested a new one and that also came stained. Stayed that night due to exhaustion, but cancelled the next 2 nights we had reserved. Found a much better place to spend the rest of our stay. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast was not bad.

This place was so dirty and had an awful odor. The place looks like it has not been vacuumed for months. I could see dust on the lamp shade from across the room. The guest laundry was so dirty and the washer and dryer were filthy. We were scheduled to stay 4 nights and checked out after 1. The front desk clerk was on the phone the entire time she was checking us in. Horrible experience I do not recommend it to anyone.
