Homestead Las Vegas-Midtown, Las Vegas

I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, upscale and nicely decorated. Their was a full size microwave and refrigerator with all the amenities needed such as pots and pans, glasses, silverware etc. The complimentary breakfast was very good, the jacuzzi was fun. They have a small but well stocked exercise room, with all new updated equipment just like you would have at your local gym. Towels and water were provided. It was completely empty when I was there, it was great for a couple that want to keep in shape, they even had "medicine" balls of different weights! My only complaint was the maid never came to our room and made the bed or brought us clean towels. I even asked her directly and she still did not come. But when I complained the staff did bring me sheets and towels which was fine but when I am on vacation I don't want to make my own bed! When we stayed out past midnight we got back and their was no parking other than parking on the unpaved area, kind of annoying but not really a big deal. The internet was free and staff provided an ethernet cable when I asked to make my connection more secure. Overall it was a positive experience and I would go back.

The place is is a good location, especially regarding the Sunrise Hospital. The place is clean and friendly. Lacking a little as far as long stays and housekeeping. If you stay a week or longer you have to pleed for housekeeping to clean the room. Overall it's clean, quiet, safe and a great value...

Location was close enough to the casinos. This place is like an apartment house, kitchen, refridge. If you have to stay more than one week, this place is a great value, but make sure you stay more than six days or your rate goes up over 20%. Don't expect a 5 star hotel, but this place worked for me.
