LOL, It's country. It's a Holiday Inn Express with everything you expect from this chain. The hotel accomplishes something I seldom experience, I dont understand but I have thought about a few times, that is: the hotel simeltaneously gives you the feeling that it is old and run down while at the same time making you feel like it is brand new...it's wierd and I can not explain it more than that. The front desk clerk, Tom or something like that was nice, cheerful and very knowledgable with the Holidex. He gives you the feeling that he is an uncle you havent seen for fifteen years. The hotel does not feel like home, but it feels like your family owns it...it feels comfortable and relaxed. I stayed here because I couldnt get a good hotel in Houston, I planned for an hour and a half travel time to my destination in North Houston...it took nearly 3 hours...so if your going into Houston from here, leave early...early.

Great Service!!

We had a great night here, we came for a wedding, and had many rooms booked. The rooms were clean and thank God No bed bugs!! On Friday night I called the front desk and asked if they could possibly take breakfast and coffe to the Bride and Groom on the day of there wedding, the gentleman said of course! It did arrive that morning a little early though, but the couple loved it even stating " You mean they did room service at a Holiday Inn Express" I replied yes and they were very happy to do so, of course he did recieve a pretty good tip, buy I felt that he would have done so anyhow!! Thank you for a comfortable night!

i would love to have you hire good friendly help again

i liked everything about this hotel. it was clean and the front desk clerk was so friendly. it has been many years since i have been back to this hotel, because i can not afford to travel much anymore. i have called to try to make reservations, but the customer service was nothing like the young lady that previously worked there gave me. i like calling and knowing the person has a smile on there face when talking to me. and this young lady did that for me.
