The oversized studio suites feature a kitchen that allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. As a guest of Crossland, you receive free local phone calls, voice-mail, and a phone with a computer dataport. Guests also have access to a 24-hour, coin-operated laundry facility. Weekly housekeeping ensures that you have fresh linens throughout your stay. Pet Policy- One pet per room is allowed. A $25 USD cleaning fee will be charged per night, not to exceed $150 USD. This charge will be applied at check-in. Extended Stay Hotels now offers complimentary high speed Internet.

2 hours sleep for $50

I arrived after a long flight to find two police vehicles in lot. Got checked in and was told it was "safe", All nite a very loud Water heater or some machine kept cycling on the other side of the wall by the head of my bed. Told them about it as I was exhausted at check out - was told - maybe it was the frig. Sure that it was not... avoid this one!

Bad Business!!!!!!

Well first of all we usually always stay at the Crossland in Spokane Valley when we go to Silverwood Theme Park.We made our reservations in March 2007 for 14 rooms.Reservation was comfirmed!!!The day we were to check in we found out that the management changed,and they cancelled our reservation we had 14 rooms!!! And they charged my credit card.Haven't refunded it back!!!Can you imagine being on vacation driving hours wanting to rest to get there and find out you have no rooms.Then they didn't accommadate us for our loss.

A great value.

The accommodation was convenient to the interstate and off the main street to enhance a quiet atmosphere. It was clean and everyone I talked to was nice. The price was great with the kitchen and all.

I will stay there if I have to, but we try to plan our trip and we get the Marriott for as low as $37. So, with their beds being much more comfy.......we try to plan ahead.
