found stains on chairs and sheets. hair on the toilet in the bathroom. furniture w3as rundown and outdated. the towels were very dirty. the room wasn't clean. there was no hot water for the bathrub. the bathroom was dirty. i wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel has a great location and is just 1/2 a mile or less from a ramp (Waitsboro) to Lake Cumberland. It is acroos from the Somerset Mall and other local shopping as well as just up the road from a State Park (Burnside Island) and a full service marina. My wife and I have stayed at the Comfort Inn several times in the past few years. The clerks are friendly, the pool is clean and great for a Winter or Fall dip. They allow pets for a extra cleaning charge and it is only $10 more per night. I have always had a clean room and they clean the bathroom etc. every day unless you stop them. Very comfortable place to stay and they have boat parking on the side. Next door to a movie rental place and across the road from a mall with theater and another cinema down the access road as well. Good highspeed wireless internet.
