Parque Central, Havana

After finally making it through customs and to our hotel, imagine our surprise to be greeted into one of the nicest modest hotels in North America. The staff were friendly and accomodating, the rooms tastefully decorated. Having never visted Cuba, my expectations were low. I was and still am so impressed with my stay, and long for the day that we can go back. The entire time spent at the Parque Central and in Havana was truly a dream come true. The Parque Central is the place to stay when visiting Havana!

The Restaurants was wery good,so was the service,and pleasent music by the piano player very polite ,in the Occean restaurant! Also the wine selectionwas very good, and the Garniture on the meals was xellent! Must say it has an xellent location,with good facilitys like fast internet connection!

Everything baby!!! The spa was like everything i have ever dreamed of and the pool was so cold but it was so splashin fun!!! I would go there again!

After staying at all the best 5 star hotels in Havana, this is my favorite. Terrific location in Old Havana puts you in walking distance of everything. People are friendly, and the security is excellent. The rooms are very nice, but perhaps a little small. The staff is very helpful and I've had a wonderful time here in ten visits since this hotel opened. Superb breakfasts and great late nite snacks and meals at the bar, even when the restaurant is closed. Business related services are excellent including internet capability and phone service, even to US. The well stocked Cigar shop and smoking lounge on the 2nd floor was a hit.

The staff were friendly. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great for dinner . Two wonderful restaurants. Great rooms and pool. Helpful concierge. Gym is okay but not bad...in other words average. But the hotel is centrally located.

need to improve the service at room services,the employes are very nice but sometimes no ready to the the jobs assiegmnet ,also need to learn a little bit moree english

*adoro Cuba uno de mi madre patria * My mother home land i love this place when one thinks of cuban they think angry faces of a people.I here to tell you the rumors are so un true.People there are really friendly and so lively. The place were time does'nt exit. The most wonderful place in the world i have been other than jamaica. Combining fun and entertainment with the history of this country i had a ball!

I liked the bedrooms, they where very clean and nice, i loved the bathroom too the food was nice, the spaghetti where really really lovely! enjoying place to visit bye bye!

Hotel facilities and location made the difference. Really good decoration, comfortable beds, breakfast buffet make the better start of your day and amazing view of almost anything in the Havana centre. Most off the places to visit are in walking distance. Even if you don't have a room there it's a place to visit and get amazing pictures from the tarrace.

This hotel experience was completely unexpected, as it was in the heart of the "Old Havana" Ghetto. But let's not confuse this ghetto with what might find in the States. Old Havana is an opportunity waiting to happen; should the country open up to broader travel and ownership of property, we will be the first on line. The Parque Centrale Hotel, is one of the finest properties, available in the Caribbean. Lance PS.
